  1. Use 2 cups of Perboiled rice with turmeric bay leaf, stock & 1/4spn salt.
  2. Get of Seasoning- 3 Maggi cubes and a pinch of salt.
  3. Use 1/2 cup of veg oil.
  4. Get 1/4 cup of butter.
  5. Provide 2 of onions.
  6. Use of Scotch bonnets.
  7. Get of Spices- black pepper, mixed spices.
  8. Take of Vegetables - carrot, red pepper, green pepper, green beans, peas.
  9. Take of Soy sauce.
  10. Provide of Beef or chicken.

  1. Boil the meat in a pot with seasoning, spices, ginger and garlic. When cooked cut into small pieces.
  2. Use the stock to Perboil the rice. Add turmeric, bay leaf and little salt. Drain when cooked..
  3. In a pan, add oil, butter, onion and scotch bonnets, 2 tspn light soy sauce, meat, spices, seasonings, well diced vegetables and stir fry for 5mins..
  4. Now gently pour the rice and mix well.
  5. Cover and allow it to cook for 10mins.
  6. Serve with salad or coslow😋.
